Hi Social provides social media growth services including, but not limited to:
Delivery of Instagram followers, likes, and views
Delivery of TikTok followers, likes, and views
Delivery of YouTube subscribers, views, and likes
Delivery of Facebook followers and likes
Other social media engagement services
All services are provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Hi Social. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region.
4. Account Security
Hi Social never requires your social media password. We only need your public username to deliver services to your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with Hi Social. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payments and Billing
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Hi Social does not store your payment card details.
6. Refund Policy

If your order is not delivered as described, you are entitled to a refund or re-delivery
Refunds are not available for orders that have been fully delivered
Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the order date

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Hi Social provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
Our service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Results from using our service will meet your specific expectations
Social media platforms will not change their algorithms or policies in ways that affect delivery
Social media platforms update their systems regularly, and we cannot guarantee the permanent retention of all delivered engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hi Social and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
